1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only eligible under the following conditions:

The product received is defective, damaged, or expired upon
delivery.

The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the order
placed.

The product is undelivered or lost in transit (as confirmed by the
courier service).
Note:Change of mind is not a valid reason for refund.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, customers must:

Submit a refund request within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Provide proof of purchase (order ID, receipt, etc.).

Submit clear photos or videos of the issue (damaged/incorrect
items).

subject line:
‘Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number]’
3. Refund Processing Time
Once your request is received and approved:
- The refund will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method only.

The actual credit reflection depends on your bank or payment
provider.
4. Return of Products
In certain cases, we may request that the product be returned to us.
If so:

Customers must return the product in its original condition and
packaging.

Return shipping cost will be borne by Maturall International Sdn.
Bhd. only if the fault lies with us (e.g. wrong or defective
item).
5. Maturall Return/Refund Policy
Maturall will only accept refund or return within 14 days from the
invoice date.
All requested return/refund will take at least 2 days for
inspection.
The Customer is required to send back the affected Product(s) to us
via a reliable courier service company to our Maturall’s warehouse
at the following address:

No.87 (2nd Floor), Jalan Iconic
Point,
14100 Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang,
Malaysia.
The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the
Product to be returned until it reaches us at our warehouse.
Maturall will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product
prior to the Product being received by us. The Customers are advised
to pack safely the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the
Product or its box or its original packaging.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Items that have been used, damaged due to mishandling, or altered
by the customer.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence for the refund request.

Delay in request beyond the refund window (after 14 days of
receipt).
